海洋石油平台污油泵换型改造研究

摘　　要：为解决海洋石油平台污油泵因其流程介质含砂及硫化氢等腐蚀气体造成泵壳腐蚀、机械密封泄漏的问题,现场对整泵进行拆解分析、流程介质取样化验,结果表明溶解在介质中的硫化氢以及氯离子浓度过高导致了泵壳金属腐蚀剥落。另外机械密封冲洗介质中污油和海沙等杂质过多导致了机械密封摩擦副密封面异常磨损,机械密封动环补偿机构弹性失效,从而使得机械密封失效,最终导致污油泵频繁漏水甚至机械密封烧毁。在机械密封方案选型方面,通过对3种机封冲洗方案分析对比,结合海洋石油平台实际的资源配置,选出了最适合现场的API682 PLAN53B冲洗方案,同时将机械密封换型为双端面机械密封。根据污油罐内介质的化验结果,参照金属的腐蚀特性对泵壳材质进行了改进,新泵壳采用了耐腐蚀的双相不锈钢材质。通过以上措施改善了机封运行工况,增强了污油泵泵壳的耐腐蚀和冲刷能力,提高其使用寿命和整泵运行的稳定性。In order to solve the problems of pump casing corrosion and mechanical seal leakage caused by the corrosive gases such as sand and hydrogen sulfide in the process medium of the sump pump of the offshore oil platform,the whole pump is disassembled and analyzed on site,and the process medium is sampled and tested.The results show that the high concentration of hydrogen sulfide and chlorion dissolved in the medium led to the corrosion and peeling of the pump casing metal.In addition,too much impurities such as dirty oil and sea sand in the mechanical seal flushing medium lead to abnormal wear of the sealing surface of the friction pair of the mechanical seal,and the elastic failure of the mechanical seal moving ring compensation mechanism makes the mechanical seal fail,and finally the dirty oil pump leaks frequently or even burns the mechanical seal.In terms of mechanical seal scheme selection,through the analysis and comparison of three mechanical seal flushing schemes,combine with the actual resource allocation of offshore oil platforms,the most suitable on-site flushing scheme of API682 PLAN53B is selected,and the mechanical seal is replaced with a double face mechanical seal.According to the test results of the medium in the dirty oil tank,the material of the pump casing has been improved with reference to the corrosion characteristics of metals.The new pump casing is made of corrosion-resistant duplex stainless steel.In summary,the above measures have improved the operating conditions of the machine seal,enhanced the corrosion resistance and scouring capacity of the sump pump casing,and improved its service life and the stability of the entire pump operation.
