摘 要:市政电气工程设计人员在设计室外照明线路、配电线路时往往只是简单计算线路末端压降,并不重视箱变无功补偿及断路器灵敏度的计算方法,容易造成补偿容量不够或断路器末端灵敏度达不到要求等问题。结合规范条文和相关资料,以某市政道路户外照明项目为例,分步骤介绍了箱式变电站无功补偿容量及断路器灵敏度验算的计算过程及计算依据,包括箱变无功补偿设计要求、补偿容量计算公式,以及断路器的整定、低压进线断路器不设置瞬时保护问题分析、低压进线断路器和低压馈出线断路器的灵敏度验证等。以期为相关工程设计人员的实际工作,特别是市政配电及照明项目户外配电的计算起到一定的参考作用,通过计算正确选择相关电气元件,提高设计的安全性。When designing outdoor lighting and distribution lines,municipal electrical engineering designers often simply calculate the voltage drop at the end of the line and do not pay attention to the calculation methods of reactive power compensation and circuit breaker sensitivity for box transformers.It will lead to problems such as insufficient compensation capacity or circuit breaker end sensitivity not meeting the requirements.Taking a municipal road outdoor lighting project as an example,the calculation process and basis for checking the reactive power compensation capacity and circuit breaker sensitivity of a box type substation are introduced step by step based on the normative provisions and relevant materials,including the design requirements for reactive power compensation in box type substations,compensation capacity calculation formulas,circuit breaker setting,analysis of the problem of not setting instantaneous protection for low-voltage incoming circuit breakers,and sensitivity verification for low-voltage incoming circuit breakers and low-voltage outgoing circuit breakers.In order to provide reference for the practical work of relevant engineering designers,especially for the calculation of outdoor power distribution in municipal power distribution and lighting projects,the correct selection of relevant electrical components through calculation can improve the safety of the design.
