摘　　要：结合某电厂PG9171E型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组利用储能系统实现燃气轮机黑启动及辅助调频功能,在分析联合循环机组正常启动负荷特性的基础上,提出了储能系统的容量和电量配置要求,对原有110 kV电气接线图及厂用电系统提出储能系统接入方案,介绍了实现黑启动及辅助调频的控制策略。PG9171E gas-steam combined cycle units in one power plant achieve all of black start and auxiliary frequency modulation function with the energy storage system.The load characteristic was researched during the combined cycle unit start-up and proposed the capacity and power configuration choice of the energy storage system.It was propose energy storge system access scheme for the original 110 kV electrical wiring diagram and auxiliary power system.The control strategy of black start and auxiliary frequency modulation was introduced.
