摘  要:在冠状动脉疾病需接受介入治疗的病变中,中至重度的冠状动脉钙化占比较大,预示着手术成功率较低且手术不良事件增加,与非冠状动脉钙化病变相比,治疗效果欠佳。血管内冲击波碎石术是一种治疗严重冠状动脉钙化病变的新技术,其基于球囊输送系统中的冲击波,引起钙化斑块断裂或松解,从而利于支架扩张和管腔扩大。本文综述血管内冲击波碎石术作为冠状动脉钙化病变潜在治疗选择的可能性及安全性,并回顾评估血管内冲击波碎石术的主要临床试验。Among the coronary artery disease requiring transcatheter interventions,moderate to severe coronary artery calcifi cation accounted for a large proportion relatively,which was known to portend lower procedural success rates and increased procedural adverse events.Meanwhile,there was unfavorable clinical outcomes compared with non-coronary artery calcifi cation.Shock wave intravascular lithotripsy is a new technique for the treatment of severe coronary artery calcifi cation,which is based on the shock wave in the balloon delivery system,resulting in the fracture or release of calcifi ed plaques.Thus,it is benefi cial to stent expansion and lumen expansion.
