摘　　要：经导管三尖瓣缘对缘修复术(T-TEER)是治疗三尖瓣反流的重要手段之一。在我国,该项技术刚刚起步,仍需更多实践经验推动其快速发展。本文对该术式的具体器械操作流程及对应超声切面进行介绍,以期为新开展该技术的中心提供参考。Transcatheter edge-to-edge tricuspid valve repair(T-TEER)is one of the most important methods for the treatment of tricuspid regurgitation.In China,the technology has just started and more practical experience is needed to promote its rapid development.In this paper,the specific instrument operation process and echocardiography of this procedure are introduced,in order to provide reference for the newly developed center of this technique.
