后奥运时代冬奥遗产治理的困境及纾解路径

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析、专家访谈等研究方法,对后奥运时代冬奥遗产治理进行研究,旨在促进我国冬奥遗产可持续发展。治理价值:有助于资源再生、情操陶冶、运动普及、文化自信、人才培养及赓续精神。治理困境:场馆遗产与全民健身的耦合有待深化、景观遗产与全域旅游的匹配需要升级、项目遗产与全年运营的模式有待对接、文创遗产与文化自信的要求存在距离、人才遗产与冰雪普及的愿景显露缺口、精神遗产与广泛弘扬的理念流于形式。纾解路径:场馆遗产与全民健身相耦合、景观遗产与全域旅游相匹配、项目遗产与全年经营相适应、文创遗产与文化自信相衔接、人才遗产与冰雪推广相协调和精神遗产与广泛弘扬相一致。In order to promote the sustainable development of the Winter Olympic heritage in China,this paper studies the governance of the Winter Olympic heritage in the post-Olympic era by using the research methods of literature,logical analysis and expert interview.Governance value:contribute to resource regeneration,sentiment edification,movement popularity,cultural confidence,talent training and ceaselessly spirit.Governance dilemma:venues of heritage and the national fitness coupling to deepen,the matching of global tourism landscape heritage need to upgrade,heritage project and the full-year operating mode lacks docking,cultual and creative,heritage and cultural self-confidence exist distance with snow and ice universal vision appeared gap,spiritual heritage and widely promote the idea become a mere formality.The solution path is as follows:venue heritage is coupled with national fitness,landscape heritage is matched with region-wide tourism,project heritage is matched with year-round operation,cultural and creative heritage is linked with cultural confidence,talent heritage is coordinated with ice and snow promotion,and spiritual heritage is consistent with extensive promotion。
