基于循证的预见性护理在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗CTO围术期患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于循证的预见性护理经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变(CTO)围术期患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月1日~2022年2月1日收治的90例PCI CTO患者为研究对象,采用随机法分为研究组和对照组各45例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予基于循证的预见性护理;比较两组干预前后负性情绪[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、心功能、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:干预后,研究组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于循证的预见性护理可减轻PCI CTO围术期患者负性情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of predictive care in patients in the perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in coronary artery chronic total occlusion(CTO).Methods:Ninety patients with CTO-PCI from February 1,2021 to February 1,2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the study group and the control group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given predictive care on the basis of routine care.The negative emotions by the Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the Self-rating Depression scale(SDS),heart function,complication rate and patient satisfaction between the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based predictive care can reduce negative emotions during the perioperative period of CTO-PCI,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
