生命网背景下的延续护理在冠心病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨生命网背景下的延续护理在冠心病(CHD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月1日~12月31日进行治疗的CHD患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各50例,对照组实施常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上实施生命网背景下的延续护理;比较两组护理前后心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)、生存质量评定量表(QLQ-C30)],心脏事件发生情况。结果:护理后,实验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,实验组SF-36、QLQ-C30评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组心脏事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对CHD患者实施生命网背景下的延续护理,能够改善患者焦虑、抑郁程度,提高生活质量,降低心脏事件发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in the context of life network in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease from January 1 to December 31,2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 patients in each group by the random number table method.The control group was given routine care,while the experimental group was given continuous care under the background of the life network.The psychological status by the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life by short form health survey profile(SF-36)and quality of life rating scale(QLQ-C30)and the occurrence of cardiac events of the patients in the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,The SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 and QLQ-C30 scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).And the incidence of cardiac events was lower in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing in the context of life network in patients with coronary heart disease can improve their anxiety and depression,improve their quality of life,and reduce cardiac events,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
