疏肝利胆汤治疗泥沙样胆结石临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨自拟疏肝利胆汤治疗泥沙样胆结石的临床效果。方法 将106例泥沙样胆结石患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组53例。对照组给予消炎利胆片治疗,试验组给予自拟疏肝利胆汤。2组均治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效、血清生化指标及不良反应发生率。结果 试验组总有效率90.57%(48/53)高于对照组的73.58%(39/53)(P <0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组治疗后血清总胆汁酸(TBA)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)水平较低(P <0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率5.66%(3/53)低于对照组的7.55%(4/53),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 自拟疏肝利胆汤治疗泥沙样胆结石患者的临床效果显著,可有效改善胆汁酸排泄,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Shugan Lidan decoction in the treatment of silt-like gallstones.Methods 106 patients with silt-like gallstones were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaoyan Lidan tablets,and the treatment group was treated with self-made Shugan Lidan decoction.The 2 groups were both treated for 4 weeks.The clinical effect,serum biochemical indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(90.57%,48/53)was higher than that of the control group(73.58%,39/53)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of serum total bile acid(TBA),total bilirubin(TBIL)and direct bilirubin(DBIL)were lower in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group(5.66%,3/53)and the control group(7.55%,4/53)(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made Shugan Lidan decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of silt-like gallstones,which can effectively improve bile acid excretion,and has high safety.
