摘　　要：哮病病因无外虚实,但其虚实有自身的复杂性和特殊性。此文专论哮病之虚:器小气虚;先天禀赋不足;饮食不当,正气化生不足;反复外邪侵袭;他脏虚损,累及肺脏;气机不调导致脏腑虚损,以肺为表现;伏邪伤肺。因此在哮喘的防治方面,我们需要辨别清楚虚损的脏腑,外邪或伏邪的性质,以“扶正祛邪”为指导方针进行针对性的治疗,同时保证疾病的疗程足够,才能有理想的效果。The etiology of wheezing is not external virtual reality,but its virtual reality has its own complexity and particularity.This article focuses on the deficiency of wheezing disease as following:small qi deficiency,insufficient innate endowment,improper diet,insufficient positive gas metaplasia,repeated invasion of external evil,it is dirty and weak,involving the lungs,the qi machine is not adjusted to cause weakness of the internal organs,which is manifested by the lungs,and the lungs are injured by the evil spirit.Therefore,in the prevention and treatment of asthma,we need to distinguish the nature of the weak organs,external evils or evils,and carry out targeted treatment with the guideline of“strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors”,and at the same time ensure that the treatment course of the disease is sufficient,so that the treatment of asthma can have the ideal therapeutic effect.
