黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡临床观察

摘　　要：目的 研究黄芪建中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的效果及对生活质量(QOL)评分的影响。方法 选取沈阳市苏家屯区中心医院2019年8月—2020年11月收治的84例脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者进行此次研究,随机均分为参照组和研究组,各42例。其中予以西药治疗的为参照组,给予黄芪建中汤加减治疗的为研究组,比较2组治疗效果及QOL评分。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为97.62%(41/42),参照组为80.95%(34/42),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组QOL评分明显高于参照组(P <0.05)。结论 黄芪建中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡效果显著,能提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze and study the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in treating gastric ulcer of deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach and the influence of QOL score.Methods A total of 84 patients with gastric ulcer of deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach admitted to Sujiatun District Central Hospital from August 2019 to November 2020 were selected for this study.All patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 42 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with Western medicine,and the study group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction.The therapeutic effect and QOL score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 97.62%(41/42)in the study group and 80.95%(34/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The QOL score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction has a significant effect in treating gastric ulcer of deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach,and improve the quality of life of patients.
