镇肝熄风汤联合中医综合康复方案治疗缺血性脑卒中临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察镇肝熄风汤联合中医综合康复方案对缺血性脑卒中神经功能缺损及日常生活能力的影响。方法 选取2020年5月—2021年5月在中国医科大学附属第一医院治疗的脑卒中患者74例参加研究,并随机分为研究组和对照组,每组37例。对照组采用中医综合康复方案治疗,研究组用中医综合康复方案结合镇肝熄风汤治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损、运动功能以及日常生活能力改善情况。结果 治疗后,2组患者的神经功能缺损评分均有所降低,日常生活能力评分和运动功能评分均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,日常生活能力评分和运动功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 中医综合康复方案结合镇肝熄风汤对缺血性脑卒中神经功能缺损及日常生活能力有积极影响,能够改善患者的神经功能,同时帮助患者恢复日常生活能力,具有推广价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Zhengan Xifeng decoction combined with comprehensive rehabilitation program of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of neurological impairment and daily living ability of ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 74 stroke patients treated in the First Hospital of China Medical University from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected to participate in the study.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation program of traditional Chinese medicine,and the study group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation program of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Zhengan Xefeng decoction.The neurological impairment,motor function and the improvement of daily living ability of the patients in the 2 groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the neurological impairment scores of 2 groups were decreased,and the scores of daily living ability and motor function were increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The neurological impairment score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of daily living ability and motor function were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhengan Xifeng decoction combined with comprehensive rehabilitation program of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of has a positive effect on the neurological impairment and daily living ability of patients with ischemic stroke,which can improve the neurological function of patients and help to recover the daily living ability,and has the promotion value.
