酸枣仁汤联合耳穴揿针治疗老年缺血性脑卒中后失眠临床观察

摘　　要：目的 研究老年缺血性脑卒中后失眠采取酸枣仁汤联合耳穴揿针治疗的实际效果。方法 在中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的老年缺血性脑卒中后失眠患者中选取了研究对象,共88例,均在2019年5月—2020年5月入院。按照入院顺序分组,其中44例患者采取常规西药治疗,作为对照组;另外44例患者采取酸枣仁汤联合耳穴揿针治疗,作为观察组。分析2组睡眠功能评分、总有效率及不良反应。结果 治疗前2组睡眠功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组睡眠功能明显改善于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组总有效率95.45%(42/44)明显高于对照组的77.27%(34/44),不良发生率明显低于对照组的18.18%(8/44),差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对老年缺血性脑卒中后失眠采取酸枣仁汤联合耳穴揿针治疗能够提高临床效果,并且还能加快睡眠功能恢复,因此值得推广应用。Objective To study the practical effect of Suanzaoren decoction combined with auricular point acupuncture in the treatment of senile insomnia after ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with insomnia after ischemic stroke admitted to the First Hospital of China Medical University were selected as subjects,all of whom were admitted from May 2019 to May 2020.The patients were divided into groups according to the order of admission.44 of them were treated with conventional western medicine as the control group.The other 44 patients were treated with Suanzaoren decoction combined with auricular point acupuncture as observation group.Sleep function score,total effective rate and adverse reactions were analyzed in 2 groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sleep function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the sleep function of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%(42/44),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.27%,34/44),and the incidence of adverse effects was significantly lower than that of the control group(18.18%,8/44),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Suanzaoren decoction combined with auricular point acupuncture in the treatment of senile insomnia after ischemic stroke can improve the therapeutic effect and accelerate the recovery of sleep function,so it is worth promoting and applying.
