针刺首尾穴治疗肱骨外上髁炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察针刺首尾穴对肱骨外上髁炎的治疗效果。方法 此课题主要针对肱骨外上髁炎进行研究,按经络辨证施治,以常规非甾体抗炎药做对照研究,试验组以针刺手阳明大肠经首尾穴作为治疗方案,对符合纳入标准的100例临床患者进行随机分组治疗,并进行效果观察,应用视觉模拟量表(VAS)分别在治疗前、治疗后即刻进行疼痛量化评分。观察常规药物治疗与首尾穴针刺治疗在效果比较上是否存在差异。结果 治疗5 d后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前降低,且试验组更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。说明针刺首尾穴和口服药物均能够缓解疼痛,但针刺首尾穴效果更明显。结论 针刺首尾穴与口服非甾体抗炎药物均能有效治疗肱骨外上髁炎,但针刺首尾穴效果更佳。针刺首尾穴治疗肱骨外上髁炎取穴精当,操作简单,起效迅速,且效果优于口服非甾体抗炎药,具有推广价值。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at the first and the last acupoints in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.Methods This topic mainly for the study of external humeral epicondylitis,according to the meridian and collateral syndrome differentiation,the conventional non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs were used in the control study.The treatment group took the acupuncture yangming hand large intestine through the first and the last acupoints as the treatment plan.100 clinical patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned for treatment,and the effect was observed.Visual analog scale(VAS)was used to quantify pain before and immediately after treatment.To observe whether there is difference in effect between conventional drug treatment and head and tail acupuncture treatment.Results After 5 days of treatment,VAS scores in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Both acupuncture and oral medication can relieve pain,but the effect of acupuncture is more obvious.Conclusion Both acupuncture at the first and the last acupoints therapy and oral nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug therapy can effectively treat external humeral epicondylitis,but the former is more obvious.Acupoint selection for the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis by acupuncture at the first and the last acupoints is excellent,with simple operation,rapid effect,and the therapeutic effect is better than oral nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,and has the value of promotion.
