针刺足运感区联合八髎穴温针灸治疗脑卒中后肾气不固型尿失禁临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺足运感区联合八髎穴温针灸对脑卒中后肾气不固型尿失禁的治疗效果。方法选择辽宁中医药大学附属医院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的脑卒中后肾气不固型尿失禁患者63例作为研究对象,将其分为观察组(32例)和对照组(31例),分组方法为随机摸球法。对照组采用常规内科治疗、针刺治疗及八髎穴温针灸治疗,在此基础上观察组加用针刺足运感区治疗,比较2组不良反应发生情况、治疗前后尿失禁程度及尿失禁症状评分。结果2组治疗期间均未出现不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后临床症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后尿失禁程度Ⅰ级人数高于对照组,Ⅳ级人数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺足运感区联合八髎穴温针灸治疗脑卒中后肾气不固型尿失禁,可提高效果,改善患者尿失禁的严重程度,安全可靠。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at the foot movement-sensing area combined with warming needle moxibustion at Baliao point on urinary incontinence with inconsistent kidney qi after stroke.Methods Sixty-three patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence who were admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=32)and control group(n=31).The grouping method was random ball touch.The control group received routine medical treatment,acupuncture treatment,and warm acupuncture treatment at Baliao points.On this basis,the observation group was treated with acupuncture at the foot movement sensory area.The occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared.The degree of urinary incontinence and the score of urinary incontinence symptoms before and after treatment,and the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups were compared at the same time.Results There was no adverse reaction between the two groups during treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The clinical symptom score of observation group was lower than that of control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of patients with urinary incontinence gradeⅠwas higher than that of control group,and the number of patients with urinary incontinence gradeⅣwas lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at the foot movement sense area combined with warming needle moxibustion at Baliao point can improve the treatment effect of urinary incontinence with incomplete kidney qi after stroke,and it is safe and reliable to improve the severity of urinary incontinence in patients.
