化瘀软肝汤联合拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎病毒肝硬化临床观察

摘　　要：目的 分析化瘀软肝汤联合拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)肝硬化的效果。方法 以随机样本抽样法于仪征市中医院门诊2019年1月—2021年6月收治的HBV肝硬化患者中,抽取78例,以抽签法分为对照组39例、观察组39例,对照组采用拉米夫定,观察组在对照组基础上联合化瘀软肝汤,对比2组治疗效果、肝脏功能、中医证候积分、不良反应。结果 2组患者治疗效果对比,P <0.05。治疗前,2组肝脏功能、中医证候积分对比,P>0.05;治疗后,组间对比,P <0.05。2组患者不良反应发生率对比,P <0.05。结论 对HBV肝硬化患者,采用化瘀软肝汤联合拉米夫定治疗,效果显著,可改善肝脏功能,缓解症状,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of Huayu Ruangan decoction and lamivudine in the treatment of hepatitis B virus(HBV)cirrhosis.Methods A total of 78 patients with HBV cirrhosis admitted to the outpatient department of Yizheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected by random sample sampling method and divided into control group(39 cases)and observation group(39 cases)by drawing lot.Lamivudine was given to the control group,and the observation group was combined with Huayu Ruangan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,liver function,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of treatment effect between the two groups,P<0.05.Before treatment,the liver function and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Huayu Ruangan decoction and lamivudine can improve liver function,relieve symptoms and improve the safety of hepatitis B virus hepatitis cirrhosis patients.
