摘　　要：地黄除痹乳膏是根据名老中医朱必泉先生的外用方痹痛散改进剂型而来,由生地黄、当归、丹参、乳香、没药、三七等药物组成,具有活血化瘀生新、除痹通络止痛的功效,以《神农本草经》及各家名医见解指导临床应用,外用膏药可治疗痹痛,并对其主治范围进行拓展。此篇主要介绍地黄除痹乳膏的用药特点及其在临床上的具体应用,为治疗各种瘀血阻滞所致的疾病提供更简便的外治膏药。Dihuang Chubi cream is based on the prestigious traditional Chinese medicine Master Zhu Biquan’s external prescription Bitong powder to improve the dosage form.It consists of rehmannia glutinosa,Angelica,salvia miltiorrhiza,frankincense,myrrh,pseudo-ginseng and other medicines,which has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing collaterals and relieving pain.According to Shennong Bencao Jing and the opinions of prestigious doctors,the external plaster can treat arthralgia syndrome and expand the scope of its indications.This article mainly introduces the characteristics of Dihuang Chubi cream and its specific clinical application,providing a more convenient external treatment plaster for the treatment of various diseases caused by blood stasis block.
