摘　　要：目的:探讨剖宫产术后发生急性结肠假性梗阻的危险因素。方法:选取天津市南开医院2018年12月—2022年7月行剖宫产术后发生急性结肠假性梗阻的11例患者为观察组,并随机选取同期剖宫产术后未发生肠梗阻的55例患者为对照组,比较两组患者的临床资料,多因素Logistic回归分析剖宫产术后急性结肠假性梗阻的危险因素。结果:相对于对照组患者,观察组患者盆腹腔手术史、双胎妊娠、合并贫血发生率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,盆腹腔手术史、贫血是剖宫产术后发生急性结肠假性梗阻的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:对有盆腹腔手术史、双胎妊娠、贫血的剖宫产术后产妇,应予以重视,及早预防急性结肠假性梗阻的发生并及时治疗。Objective To explore the risk factors,pathogenesis and treatment of acute colonic pseudo obstruction after cesarean section.Methods The data of 11 patients with acute colonic pseudo obstruction after cesarean section in Nankai hospital from December 2018 to July 2022 were selected as the observation group,and the data of 55 patients without intestinal obstruction after cesarean section in the same period were randomly selected as the control group.The data of the two groups were compared,and the risk factors of acute colonic pseudo obstruction after cesarean section were analyzed by univariate and multivariate statistical methods.Results Compared with the patients in the control group,the patients in the observation group had a higher incidence of abdominal and pelvic surgery history,twin pregnancy,and with anemia,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the history of pelvic and abdominal surgery and with anemia were risk factors for intestinal obstruction after cesarean section(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,attention should be paid to the puerpera after cesarean section with a history of abdominal and pelvic surgery,twin pregnancy and anemia,so as to prevent acute colonic pseudo obstruction as soon as possible and treat timely.
