摘 要:国内德语教学领域鲜见针对跨文化敏感度的实证研究,文章使用ISS量表对两所高校的德语学习者进行问卷调查和访谈,得出以下结论:受试者的跨文化敏感度处于中等水平;五个维度中交际信心最弱;影响受试者的跨文化敏感度的主要因素为“教育层次”“有无外国朋友”。根据调查结论,针对德语语言课上如何增强学习者的跨文化敏感度提出教学策略,以期能为其他高校的跨文化德语教学提供参考,并丰富德语教学领域的跨文化实证研究案例库。There are few empirical studies on intercultural sensitivity in the field of German teaching in China.This paper uses the ISS scale to conduct questionnaire surveys and interviews with German learners in two universities.It is concluded that the subjects'intercultural sensitivity is at a medium level;among the five dimensions,the communicative confidence is the weakest one;and the main factors of learners'intercultural sensitivity are"education level"and"whether they have foreign friends".Besides according to the survey results,this paper puts forward teaching strategies on how to enhance learners'intercultural sensitivity in German language classes,so as to provide a reference for the intercultural German teaching in other universities and enrich the case base of intercultural empirical research in the field of German teaching.
