空心杯电机绕组系数的计算与验证

摘  要:以采用六边形绕组的空心杯电机为例,推导其绕组系数的计算方法,并根据公式分析得到该绕组系数的规律:空心杯电机的绕组系数由节距系数和分布系数两部分构成,节距系数除了与线圈节距有关,还受直边占比影响,节距系数在整距且无斜边的情况下取得最大值为1;分布系数与线圈排布行数和每行匝数无关,仅与相带类型有关,120°相带和60°相带的分布系数分别为0.827和0.955。最后通过仿真和实验两方面验证了该计算方法的正确性和准确性。Taking the hollow cup motor with hexagonal winding for instance,the calculation method of the winding coefficient was deduced,and the rules of the winding coefficient were obtained by analyzing the formula The winding coefficient for hollow cup motor is composed of pitch coefficient and distribution coefficient.The pitch coefficient is affected not only by the coil pitch,but also by the proportion of the straight edge.The maximum of pitch coefficient is 1 in the case of full pitch and no skew edge.The distribution coefficient is independent of the number of rows and the turns per row,and only depends on the phase belt.The distribution coefficients of 120°and 60°phase belt are 0.827 and 0.955 respectively.Finally,the validity and accuracy of the calculation method were verified by simulation and experiment.
