摘 要:横向磁通永磁发电机具有高功率、转矩密度、低速性能、电磁负荷独立设置的特点,适用于小型直驱风力发电应用。本文提出一种新型盘式横向磁通永磁发电机,该电机定子铁心采用软磁复合材料与叠片硅钢材料制成,能够降低低频损耗,减小漏磁及转矩脉动,而且电机还具有低的轴向长度,能够提高其空间利用率,使其适用于小型风力发电系统。本文首先详细介绍了该种发电机的结构,并对其进行了电磁设计;然后,对部分重要结构参数进行优化,进一步减少该电机的漏磁,提高电机运行效率;最后,利用三维电磁场有限元方法对优化后的电机进行空载与负载下的仿真运算,进一步验证了电机性能的优越性。Transverse flux permanent magnet generator has the advantages of decoupling electrical and magnetic loads,high power density and torque density,which is very suitable for low-speed direct drive applications.In this paper,a new type of disk type transverse flux permanent magnet generator was proposed.The stator of the generator was made of soft magnetic composite material and laminated silicon steel material,which can reduce low frequency loss,magnetic leakage and torque ripple.Besides,the generator also has a low axial length,which can improve its space utilization,making it suitable for small wind power generation systems.Firstly,the structure and main dimension equations of the generator were introduced;Then,some important structural parameters of the generator were optimized to further reduce the magnetic leakage and improve the operating efficiency.Finally,the three-dimensional finite element method was used to simulate the optimized generator without load and under load,which further verified the superiority of the generator performance.
