摘  要:永磁同步电机无传感器控制开环起动困难,电机容易出现失步,且传统的预定位方法会使电机产生转向不确定的强制转动,文章提出一种基于电压矢量脉冲注入法的永磁同步电机无位置传感器初始定位和平滑起动技术,分六电压矢量脉冲注入法初始定位和两电压矢量脉冲注入法加速两个阶段,能够持续、动态的估算转子在零低速阶段的位置信息,实现从静止到中高速全速域范围无位置传感器闭环运行。仿真和实验结果表明,所提控制算法不存在预定位时的强制转动,能够避免电机起动过程中的失步问题,且相较于高频注入法不需要复杂的信号调制和提取环节,算法简单,具有较好的实际应用价值。The sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor is difficult to start,and the motor is prone to out-of-step,and the traditional pre-positioning method will cause the motor to produce forced rotation with uncertain steering.The paper proposed a position sensorless initial positioning and smooth starting technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the voltage vector pulse injection method.Dynamically estimated the position information of the rotor in the zero and low speed stage,and realize the closed-loop operation without position sensor in the range from static to high speed and full speed.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control algorithm does not have forced rotation during the predetermined position,and can avoid the out-of-step problem in the motor starting process.Compared with the high-frequency injection method,it does not need complex signal modulation and extraction steps,and the algorithm is simple and has good practical application value.
