摘  要:以端氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚(JM501)为原料,通过硅氢加成反应制得端环氧聚醚硅油;以端氢硅油、烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)为原料,通过硅氢加成反应制得端环氧硅油;以环氧双封头扩链体GH-1000、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)为原料,通过开环扩链制得端环氧硅油。将3种工艺制得的端环氧硅油分别与聚醚胺和改性剂反应制得三元共聚亲水硅油,比较不同亲水硅油整理织物的手感、亲水性、耐洗性以及亲水硅油在不同条件下的稳定性。结果表明:以端氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚为原料,通过硅氢加成反应制得的端环氧聚醚硅油更适合合成亲水硅油,其整理的织物手感软滑、亲水性好、耐洗性好。Polyether epoxy silicone oil was prepared by hydrosilylation reaction with end-hydrogsilicone oil and allyl epoxy polyether(JM501)as raw materials.End-epoxy silicone oil was prepared by hydrosilylation reaction with end-hydrosilicone oil and allyl glycidyl ether(AGE)as raw materials.End-epoxy silicone oil was prepared by opening ring and extending chain reaction with epoxy double header GH-1000 and octamethyl cyclic tetrasiloxane(D4)as raw materials.The ternary copolymeric hydrophilic silicone oil was synthesized by the above three end-epoxy silicone oil respectively reacting with polyether amine and modifier.The hand feel,hydrophilic character and washing resistance of the fabrics finished with different hydrophilic silicone oil and the stability of hydrophilic silicone oil under different conditions were compared.The results showed that the end-epoxide polyether silicone oil prepared from end-hydrosilicone oil allyl epoxide polyether was more suit⁃able for the synthesis of hydrophilic silicone oil.The finishing fabric had soft and slippery feel,good hydrophilic and good washing resistance.
