摘 要:采用快速焙烘工艺将树脂整理剂Stabitex ERF应用于棉梭织物进行防皱整理。结合整理后织物折皱回复角、洗后平整度和布面甲醛含量等织物内在指标测试数据,并综合考虑树脂整理剂对织物防皱的提升能力,推荐使用Stabitex ERF用量为80~120 g/L,催化剂MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O用量为20%(对树脂整理剂质量)。将Stabitex ERF和市场上的树脂交联剂AP进行同用量应用比较,结果表明,2只产品都具有较好的整理效果,整理后织物防皱性能和其他指标都相近,性能相当。The resin Stabitex ERF was applied onto the cotton woven fabric for anti-crease finishing through fast drying and curing process.As the internal quality indexes of the finished fabric such as the wrin⁃kle angle recovery,flatness after washing,tearing strength and formaldehyde content were concerned,recom⁃mended resin dosage range was given within the scope of 80~120 g/L,and the amount of catalyst MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O was 20%of the mass of the resin finishing agent.The application comparison between Stabitex ERF and the resin cross-linker AP was compared at the same dosages.It was found that both of the products pos⁃sessed satisfied finishing effects,there were little differences in the anti-crease properties and other con⁃cerned items of the finished fabrics treated by the two resin agents respectively,and the performances of the two products were comparable.
