摘　　要：在国家碳达峰碳中和的目标下,针对涤纶针织物高温高压溢流染色工艺存在的流程长、能耗高等问题,提出一种适用于针织物的分散染料短流程少水染色技术。通过中样实验探究其产业化应用的可行性。结果表明:该染色工艺适用于粗纱支、单位面积质量为150~250 g/m^(2)的涤纶针织物,染色后经拉毛/磨毛处理可获得较好的布面效果;较常规工艺耗时减少87%,水耗降低60%。Under the national goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization,a new disperse dye short-process and low-water dyeing technology suitable for knitted fabrics is proposed to address the problems of long process and high ener⁃gy consumption in the high temperature and pressure overflow dyeing process of polyester knitted fabrics.The political test investigates the viability of its industrial application.According to the results,the dyeing procedure is acceptable for polyes⁃ter knitted fabrics with a roving count and unit area mass of 150~250 g/m^(2).A good fabric surface effect can be obtained by roughening/sanding treatment after dying,and the time consumption is reduced by 87%and the water consumption is re⁃duced by 60%.
