活性染色免皂洗工艺的探讨

摘　　要：活化剂与活性染料染色同浴,后处理采用80~85℃热水洗1~2道,其效果与常规染色工艺的效果一致。小试与中试的结果表明,当活化剂用量为1.0~2.0 g/L时,6纤维衬布色牢度为4级或以上,耐干摩擦色牢度为4级或以上,耐湿摩擦色牢度为2~3级或以上。结果表明,活化剂对于活性染料染色的所有色系均可应用;与常规工艺相比,活化剂与活性染料染色同浴,染深色可以节省洗水2~4缸,简化了染色工序。The activator is added to the same dyeing bath while dyeing with reactive dyes,and then the fabrics are washed with 80~85℃water 1~2 times during the after-treatment,the effect is consistent with that of conventional dyeing processes.The results of the lab scale test and pilot test indicate that when the dosage of the activator is 1.0~2.0 g/L,the color fastness of the six kinds of fiber lining fabric is grade 4 or above,the color fastness to dry rubbing reaches grade 4 or above,and the color fastness to wet rubbing can achieve grade 2~3 or above.The results demonstrate that the activator can be applied to all color systems of reactive dye dyeing.Compared with conventional processes,dyeing with activators and re⁃active dyes in the same bath can save 2~4 vats of water and simplify the dyeing process.
