摘  要:滑销系统是汽轮机启停、带负荷过程中,保证汽缸沿既定的方向自由膨胀、收缩,保持汽缸与转子相对中心位置不变的重要系统。而汽轮机改造升级后,容易出现的阀门结构变更、主蒸汽冷热段管道布置变化、汽缸接口规格位置变化都会对机组滑销系统产生影响,对其安全性、可靠性提出了挑战。主要研究以上因素对滑销系统的影响,并给出相应的滑销系统优化升级方案。The sliding pin system is an important system to ensure the free expansion and contraction of the casing in a given direction and to keep the relative center position of the casing and the rotor unchanged during the start-up and shutdown of the turbine and the loading process.After the turbine is retrofitted and upgraded,the easy-to-occur valve structure changes,the main steam admission pipe and exhaust pipe layout changes,and the casingsr interface specification and position changes will affect the unit sliding pin system,posing challenges to its safety and reliability.This paper mainly studies the influence of the above factors on the sliding pin system,and gives the corresponding optimization and upgrading plan of the sliding pin system.
