摘  要:采用数值模拟方法对9E燃气轮机LEC-III低氮燃烧室在贫贫模式下的燃烧特性进行计算,分析了流场、温度场和污染物NO_(x)的生成规律,比较不同燃料分配比对NO_(x)排放的影响。结果表明:在贫贫模式下,一级燃烧区、二级燃烧区均有高温火焰,呈现部分预混部分扩散的燃烧特性,NO_(x)排放浓度达到78.9ppm,与运行试验值吻合较好;燃烧室内形成3个流场回流区,有助于增强高温烟气掺混和火焰稳定性,文丘里组合件处的流速最高,可以防止回火;燃料分配比对二级燃烧区的NO_(x)生成影响显著,其最佳值在70%~75%范围时,达到NO_(x)排放最低且燃烧火焰分布合理。Numerical method was used to simulate the characteristics of 9E gas turbine LEC-III low NO_(x) combustor in lean-lean combustion mode,analyzed the flow field,temperature field and NO_(x) generation characteristic,and further analyzed the influence of fuel split ratio on NO_(x) emission.The results show that:both the primary combustion zone and the secondary combustion zone have high temperature flames in lean-lean mode,existing partial premixing and partial diffusion combustion,the NO_(x) emission reached to 78.9ppm which is basically consistent to the test value in operation;in combustion chamber,three recirculation zones are formed to enhance the high temperature flue gas mixing and maintain flame stability,the highest velocity at the venture assembly can prevent backfire;and the fuel distribution ratio has significant influence to the NO_(x) producing in secondary combustion zone,with the optimal value in range of 70%~75%,to achieve lowest NO_(x) emission and ensure the combustion flame distribution reasonable.
