摘　　要：区域合作对于缩小地区之间差距、降低产业同构化、弱化行政壁垒具有重大意义。新中国成立后,历届中央政府一直在寻找适合中国国情的区域合作模式。新中国成立初期,毛泽东主席提出了建设经济协作区的构想,并对此设计了一系列的顶层架构。令人遗憾的是,由于国内和国际等因素的综合影响,经济协作区的建设最终未能持续下去。京津冀协同发展是在新的历史条件下对区域合作模式的新探索,京津冀协同发展过程中面临着经济发展差异大、产业同构化严重等问题。通过研究并总结新中国成立后经济协作区建设的实践经验和教训,探索出一条适合京津冀协同发展的建设路径。Regional cooperation is of great significance in narrowing regional disparities,reducing industrial isomorphism and weakening administrative barriers.Since the founding of New China,successive central governments have been searching for a model of regional cooperation suitable for China’s national conditions.In the early days of the founding of the country,President Mao Zedong proposed the idea of building an economic collaboration zone and designed a series of top-level structures for this.Regrettably,due to a combination of domestic and international factors,the practice of building economic cooperation zones was not sustainable.Today’s Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development is a new exploration of regional cooperation models under new historical conditions.However,the process of collaborative development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei faces problems such as large differences in economic development and serious industrial homogenisation.The article discusses the practical experience and lessons learned from the construction of economic collaboration zones in the early years of the founding of the country,and uses them to explore the path of constructing mechanisms suitable for the collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
