董仲舒政治儒学的精髓要义及时代价值  

The Essence and Era Value of Dong Zhongshu’s Political Confucianism

摘　　要：董仲舒政治儒学的产生适应了西汉加强中央集权的政治需求和加强国防巩固边疆的现实需要,顺应了思想文化发展大势。董仲舒政治儒学的精髓要义,主要体现在三个方面:其一,阐发了以万物一体、天人感应为核心的政治观念学说,建构了有利于巩固统治的意识形态体系;其二,阐发了“三纲五常”的政治关系学说,建构了有利于凸显社会教化功能的伦理道德体系;其三,阐发了“德主刑辅”的政治手段学说,建构了有利于强化中央集权效能的社会治理体系。推动董仲舒政治儒学的创造性转化与创新性发展,在维护民族团结、实现祖国统一、推进全面从严治党、贯彻新发展理念、推进全面依法治国、培育践行社会主义核心价值观等方面具有重要的时代价值。The emergence of Dong Zhongshu’s political Confucianism met the political need for strengthening centralization in the Western Han Dynasty and the practical need for strengthening national defense and consolidating the frontier,and conformed to the general trend of ideological and cultural development.The essence of Dong Zhongshu’s political Confucianism is mainly embodied in three aspects:first,he expounds the theory of political concept that takes as the core the view that all things are one as well as the view that nature and humans respond to each other,and constructs an ideological system conducive to consolidating the governance;secondly,he expounds the theory of political relations of“the three cardinal guiding principles and the five constant virtues”and constructs an ethical and moral system conducive to highlighting the function of social education;thirdly,it expounds the theory of political means of“morality given priority over penalty”and constructs a social governance system conducive to strengthening the effectiveness of centralization.Promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of Dong Zhongshu’s political Confucianism is of great era value in safeguarding national unity,realizing the reunification of the our country,conducting full and rigorous Party self-governance,implementing the new development concept,promoting the comprehensive law-based governance of the country,and cultivating and practicing socialist core values.
