摘 要:在上海地铁某地段隧道U75V钢轨失效件上取样进行浸泡试验和腐蚀电化学试验,研究了NaCl浓度、温度、溶液中氧对该钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在敞口于空气的、NaCl质量分数为1.0%~10.0%的溶液中,该钢的腐蚀速率随NaCl含量的升高而缓慢下降,随温度升高而明显升高;溶液除氧后,该钢的腐蚀速率显著下降。U75V钢的腐蚀是受阴极过程控制的活化极化腐蚀体系,在敞口于空气的溶液环境中,阴极发生氧去极化过程,除氧后主要发生氢去极化过程。The effect of NaCl content,temperature and oxygen in the test solution on the corrosion behavior of U75V steel samples from failed track in a tunnel of Shanghai Metro was studied by immersion test and corrosion electrochemical test.The results showed that the corrosion rate of the steel decreased slowly with the increase of NaCl content in the range of 1.0%-10.0%and increased obviously with the increase of temperature in the solution exposed to air.Deaeration of the solution made the corrosion rate of the steel decreased significantly.The corrosion of U75V steel should be an activated polarization corrosion system controlled by the cathode process.In the solution environment exposed to air,the cathode underwent the oxygen depolarization process.Hydrogen depolarization process mainly occured after deaeration.
