摘 要:在不同下压量(0.3,0.7,1.0 mm)下对7N01铝合金进行搅拌摩擦焊,研究了下压量对接头截面形貌、拉伸性能、抗撕裂性能及疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:下压量对7N01铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头的拉伸性能影响不大;当下压量为0.7,1.0 mm时,接头的启裂能、裂纹扩展能及撕裂强度均相近,但当下压量为0.3 mm时,接头焊缝区域的启裂能、裂纹扩展能及撕裂强度均显著降低;随着下压量的增加,焊接接头疲劳强度增大;当下压量为1.0 mm时焊接接头的疲劳性能及抗裂纹扩展性能最优。Friction stir welding of 7N01 aluminum alloy was carried out under different press amounts(0.3,0.7,1.0 mm).The effects of press amounts on the cross-sectional morphology,tensile properties,anti-tear properties,and fatigue properties of the joint were studied.The results show that the press amount had little effect on the tensile properties of the 7N01 aluminum alloy friction stir welding joint.When the press amount was O.7,1.0 mm,respectively,the crack initiation energy,crack propagation energy,and tear strength of the joint were similar.When the press amount was O.3 mm,the crack initiation energy,crack propagation energy,and tear strength of the weld area of the joint were significantly reduced.The fatigue strength of the welding joint increased with the increase of the press amount.The fatigue properties and crack propagation resistance of the welding joint were the best when the press amount was 1.0 mm.
