摘 要:采用超声波探头检测曲面工件时,对探头楔块和曲面工件间的间隙有一定要求。以管状工件为例,对常规探头和曲面楔块与曲面工件间的间隙进行分析,推导了间隙的计算公式,并分析了不同楔块和工件的适配;首先对比了焊缝超声检测标准ISO 17640-2018,GB/T 11345-2013和ASME BPVC V-2021中的间隙要求;然后通过实例说明了ASME BPVC V-2021标准中楔块在曲面工件上的应用;最后计算与比较了常规探头在满足不同标准间隙要求时所能应用的最小管径,并根据不同标准要求对相控阵曲面楔块与标称管径间的间隙范围进行了验证。该研究有助于在曲面工件超声检测中正确修磨探头,选择合适的楔块。When ultrasonic probe is used to detect curved workpiece,there are certain requirements for the clearance between the probe wedge and curved workpiece.Taking the tubular workpiece as an example,after analyzing the gap between the conventional probe and the curved wedge and the curved workpiece,the calculation formula of the gap was derived,and the adaptability of different wedges and workpiece was analyzed.First of all,the gap requirements in the ultrasonic testing standards for welds ISO 17640-2018,GB/T 11345-2013 and ASME BPVC V-2021 were compared.Then,the application of probe wedge in ASME BPVC V-2021 standard on curved workpiece was illustrated by an example.Finally,the minimum pipe diameter that can be applied by conventional probes to meet different standard gap requirements was calculated and compared,and the gap range between phased array curved wedge and the nominal pipe diameter was verified corresponding to the requirements of different standards.This research was helpful to correctly grind the probe and select the appropriate wedge in the ultrasonic testing of curved workpiece.
