摘  要:《体育之研究》不仅是青年毛泽东的运动经验之谈,还是他对体育发展的时代之思。本文从历史社会学视角,结合《体育之研究》创作的时代背景,以及毛泽东后期日益成熟的思想与体育号召、当代社会情境下的体育发展,在近代与当代跨时空对话中,探讨了《体育之研究》及其时代意义,认为:毛泽东对体育本质、位置、效用的思考,在当代社会也仍具有解释力;毛泽东所倡导的德智体三育并行,不仅是对杨昌济等人德智体三育并重观的接续,而且进行了思考延伸,不但强调根据学生所处阶段的身体情况灵活推行三育,而且通过德智体三育情况剖析了个体与社会在其中的关系与作用;在个体体育参与中,毛泽东不但建议个体运动法贵少且有效,而且鼓励恒、全、蛮拙运动,这对当代社会身处多种选择的个体,发展体育兴趣、提升体育参与持续性、真正在运动中获得身心均衡发展及保养生命等,仍具有积极意义。The Study of Physical Education is not only the opinion of MAO Zedong's sports experience,but also the thought of the times of sports development.From the perspective of historical sociology,combined with the historical background of the creation of The Study of Physical Education,the call for sports of MAO Zedong and the development of sports in the contemporary social context,this paper discusses The Study of Physical Education and its significance in the times in the cross-time dialogue between modern and contemporary times,and holds that:The reflection MAO Zedong on the nature,position and utility of sports in The Study of Physical Education still has explanatory power in the contemporary society.Moral education,intellectual education and physical education are equally important.It is not only a continuation of YANG Changji et al.'s equal emphasis on moral,intellectual and physical education,but also a reflection extension.In specific sports participation,it is not only recommended that individual exercise is less expensive and effective,but also encourages constant,total and crude exercise.It is still of positive significance for individuals in contemporary society to develop their interest in sports,enhance the sustainability of sports participation,truly obtain physical and mental balance in sports and maintain their lives.
