复方荆芥熏洗剂对低位肛周脓肿术后疼痛及创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究复方荆芥熏洗剂对低位肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛及创面愈合的影响。方法:将92例低位肛周脓肿手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组患者术后采用1∶5000PP液熏洗坐浴治疗,观察组患者术后采用复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗,比较2组患者的疗效、创面愈合时间、创面水肿消失时间以及治疗后1、2、3周创面疼痛情况。结果:观察组患者痊愈率高于对照组(P<0.05);创面愈合时间、创面水肿消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1、2、3周创面疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低位肛周脓肿手术后患者采用复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗可有效促进创面愈合,减轻患者术后疼痛,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effect of compound Jingjie fuming-wash lotion on postoperative pain and wound healing in patients with low perianal abscess.Methods 92patients with low perianal abscess underwent surgery were randomly divided into observation group(n=46,treated with compound Jingjie fuming-wash lotion for sitz bath after surgery)and control group(n=46,treated with 1∶5000 PP liquid fuming-wash for sitz bath after surgery);then,the efficacy,wound healing time,wound edema disappearance time,and wound pain situation of the two groups of patients were compared after 1,2,and 3 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the wound healing time and edema disappearance time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05),and the wound pain scores were lower after 1,2,and 3weeks of treatment than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using compound Jingjie fuming-wash lotion for sitz bath therapy in postoperative patients with low anal abscess can effectively promote wound healing,reduce postoperative pain,and have a significant therapeutic effect.
