摘　　要：互联网现象、计算复杂性理论以及摩尔定律共同揭示,AI实践应用正在随时间呈指数式增长,与此同时,需要AI增进福祉的人类共同体却陷入全球文化价值危机,AI伦理治理不得不面对三个难题:(1)文化共识;(2)AI复合系统的道德责任;(3)多重AI伦理问题的结构化。文章探讨哲学对这三大难题的诠释与洞见:“以人为本”内涵的中西哲学比较与计算分析;现有伦理框架的形而上重构;基于概念分析厘清AI伦理结构。The Internet phenomenon,computational complexity theory,and Moore's law together reveal that the applications of AI are growing exponentially over time,at the same time,the human community,which needs AI to enhance its well-being,is caught in a global cultural value crisis,and the ethical governance of AI has to face three difficult issues:(1)cultural consensus;(2)moral responsibility of AI composite systems;and(3)structuring of multiple AI ethical issues.The article explores the philosophical interpretations and insights for these three difficulties:a comparison between Chinese philosophy and Western philosophy,and computational analysis of the connotation of“for human”;a metaphysical transcendence and reconstruction of the existing ethical framework;and a clarification of AI ethics structure based on conceptual analysis.
