加味小承气汤治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味小承气汤治疗2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并高脂血症气虚瘀浊证的临床疗效。方法:选取60例T2DM合并高脂血症气虚瘀浊证患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组予常规降糖和调脂西药治疗。观察组予常规降糖调脂西药及加味小承气汤治疗,治疗3个月,观察2组患者治疗前后的临床效果,血糖水平:即血清空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc),血脂水平:即血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),以及不良反应发生情况。结果:2组患者治疗前血糖及血脂值相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者血糖及血脂值均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组血糖及血脂值较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组出现不良反应数并无增加。结论:加味小承气汤用于治疗T2DM合并高脂血症气虚瘀浊证临床疗效确切,联合西药能增强降糖和降脂作用,且不增加不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Xiaochengqi decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) with hyperlipidemia syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:Select 60 patients with T2DM complicated with hyperlipidemia and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and randomly divide them into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering western medicine.The observation group was treated with conventional hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering western medicine and modified Xiaochengqi decoction for 3 months.The clinical effects of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Blood glucose levels:serum fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2h blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),blood lipid levels:serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and adverse reactions Happened.Results:There was no significant difference in blood glucose and blood lipid values between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).and blood lipid values were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the number of adverse reactions in the observation group did not increase.Conclusion:Jiawei Xiaochengqi Decoction has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of T2DM complicated with hyperlipidemia with Qi deficiency and turbidity syndrome.Combined with western medicine,it can enhance the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering effects without increasing adverse reactions.
