摘　　要：目的:探讨肩痹汤联合消痛贴膏对肩周炎的康复及生活质量的提高。方法:选取安徽中医药大学第一附属医院2021年6月-2022年2月门诊诊断为肩周炎的68例患者,按照数字表法随机分为2组,每组34例。对照组给予常规消痛贴膏外用,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合肩痹汤,2组治疗周期均为3周,通过门诊随访调查入组患者,观察肩关节系统评分(UCLA)、VAS评分评价治疗后效果。结果:治疗2周后,2组患者均有肩关节功能的改善,治疗前对照组对于治疗组患者肩关节VAS评分、UCLA评分,差异无统计学意义;治疗后治疗组的总评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:肩痹汤联合消痛贴膏治疗肩周炎(风寒阻络型)效果较单独使用消痛贴膏效果显著。Objective:To explore the rehabilitation of shoulder periarthritis and the improvement of life quality by Jianbi decoction combined with Xiaotong plaster.Methods:Select 68 patients who were diagnosed with frozen shoulder in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to February 2022,and randomly divide them into 2 groups according to the digital table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Xiaotong plaster for external use,and the treatment group was combined with Jianbi decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment period of both groups was 3 weeks.The patients were enrolled through outpatient follow-up investigation,and the shoulder joint system scores(UCLA),VAS scores were observed.Scores were used to evaluate the effects of treatment.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,both groups had improved shoulder joint function.There was no statistically significant difference in shoulder joint VAS score and UCLA score in the treatment group before treatment in the control group;after treatment,the total score of the treatment group was significantly higher than In the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The effect of Jianbi decoction combined with Xiaotong plaster in the treatment of frozen shoulder(wind-cold blocking collateral type) is more significant than that of Xiaotong Plaster alone.
