针刀配合加味四妙汤治疗风湿热型急性痛风关节炎疗效  

Efficacy of Acupuncture Combined with Modified Simiao Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis Caused by Rheumatic Fever

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刀配合加味四妙汤治疗风湿热型急性痛风关节炎疗效。方法:收集2020年1月至2022年3月在该院就诊的急性痛风关节炎患者96例,随机分组,即对照组、观察组,均48例。对照组予以常规西药洛索洛芬钠片,观察组在对照组的基础上增加针刀配合加味四妙汤治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:观察组临床总有效率97.92%显著高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.909,P=0.027)。治疗前,两组UA、CRP、ESR水平比较,P>0.05,治疗后,两组UA水平比较,P>0.05,观察组患者CRP、ESR水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组无其他不良反应发生,对照组出现3例胃肠道反应,不良反应发生率为6.25%(3/48)。结论:针刀配合加味四妙汤治疗风湿热型急性痛风关节炎,效果理想,可有效提高临床疗效,安全性高。Objective:To explore the efficacy of acupotomy combined with Jiawei Simiao Decoction in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis of rheumatism-heat type.Method:A total of 96 patients with acute gouty arthritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were collected and randomly divided into groups,namely the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in both.The control group was given conventional western medicine loxoprofen sodium tablets,and the observation group was given acupuncture combined with Jiawei Simiao Decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ^(2)=4.909,P=0.027).Before treatment,the levels of UA,CRP and ESR in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;after treatment,the levels of UA in the two groups were compared,P>0.05.The levels of CRP and ESR in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no other adverse reactions in the observation group,while 3 cases of gastrointestinal reactions occurred in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.25%(3/48).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Jiawei Simiao Decoction in the treatment of rheumatic fever-type acute gout arthritis has ideal effect,can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,and has high safety.
