摘 要:近年来我国各类场地突发环境事件频发,对国民经济及环境安全造成了重大伤害。本文以近十年我国突发环境事件以及危险化学品事故为例,分析了突发环境事件的时间、空间、行业等特征,探讨了针对场地突发污染事件中土壤及地下水污染的应急处置对策,以期为场地突发污染事故发生后的快速响应、科学决策和有效处理处置提供帮助,可及时控制、减轻、消除突发环境事件引起的污染,将突发环境事件对周边土壤及地下水的影响降到最低。With the ever-increasing of environmental accidents occurred in recent years,significant harm has been caused to the national economy and environmental safety.In this study,the unexpected environmental events and dangerous chemical accidents in our country in recent ten years were taken as examples,characteristics of time,space and industry type of abrupt environmental accidents were analyzed.Then,the emergency treatment countermeasures for site pollution accidents were discussed emphatically,in order to provide help for rapid response,scientific decision-making and scientific emergency handling.It is feasible to control the pollution caused by environmental accidents,and minimize the impact of environmental accidents on surrounding soil and groundwater.
