当归“止咳逆上气”之功刍议

摘　　要：当归主要以补血活血、润肠通便之功在临床被广泛使用,其“止咳逆上气”之功始载于《神农本草经》,后世医家针对当归的这一功效作出不同角度的的理论阐释,其中以血和则气降这一理论占主导地位。本文结合历代本草专著、古代医家及现代药理学对当归治疗咳逆上气的认识,以咳和喘为例,通过列举治疗咳和喘的相关方剂,探讨当归如何治疗“咳逆上气”,以期更好地指导临床实践。Angelica sinensis is widely used in clinic mainly with its functions of supplementing blood and promoting blood circulation,moistening intestines and defecating bowels.Its function of‘relieving cough and reversing Qi’was first recorded in Shennong herbal classic.Later generations of physicians have made theoretical explanations on this effect of Angelica sinensis from different angles,in which the theory that regulating blood to descend reversing Qi plays a leading role.This study discussed how Angelica sinensis can treat‘cough and reversing Qi’from the perspective of its nature,flavour,meridian tropism,relationship of Qi,blood and viscera,combined with the understanding of Angelica sinensis on treatment of cough and reversing Qi in herbal monographs of past dynasties,ancient physicians and modern pharmacology,taking cough and asthma as an example,and through listing the relevant prescriptions for treatment of cough and asthma,in order to better guide clinical practice and form prescriptions with Angelica sinensis to descend reverse Qi and relieve cough and asthma.
