摘　　要：全蝎是野生马氏正钳蝎的干燥体,是药效广泛的常用名贵中药材。全蝎曾被列入治疗多种病毒性疾病的方剂中,其中包括COVID-19和SARS。全蝎产地范围广,多道地,多近缘种。中药材市场上常见其伪品,医药从业人员往往无法准确鉴定全蝎的真伪,影响了治疗效果。本文对全蝎的性状、化学成分、基因等方面的鉴定研究进展进行了回顾,同时提供了全蝎及其主要伪品的照片与物种检索表,以期为全蝎的药用与研究提供基础信息。Quanxie(scorpion)is the dry body of wild Mesobuthus martensii.It is a kind of common and precious Chinese medicinal,with many kinds of efficacy.Quanxie has been listed as an ingredient of the prescriptions for a variety of viral diseases,including COVID-19 and SARS.It has a wide distribution area,many famous-regions and many closely related species.Its counterfeits are common in Chinese medicinal market.Medical practitioners are often unable to accurately identify its genuine medicinal materials and its counterfeits,which affects the therapeutic effect.The identification of morphology characters,chemical substances,genes and other aspects of Quanxie were reviewed in this study.At the same time,the figures of Quanxie and the list of its major counterfeits were provided,which supplied basic information for the application and medicinal research of Quanxie.
