丹参有效成分干预糖尿病肾病的机制与临床研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的常见并发症,是导致终末期肾病的主要原因之一。目前,糖尿病肾病的发病机制尚未明确,临床往往采取控制血糖、血压、血脂和调整生活方式等干预糖尿病肾病的进程,但是疗效往往有限。近年来,中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病获得了良好的效果,能够更好地延缓疾病的进展。丹参作为我国的传统中药材,其有效成分在临床中广泛应用于糖尿病肾病的治疗。本文从丹参的有效成分干预糖尿病肾病的机制、临床研究以及安全性三方面展开综述,以期为其干预糖尿病肾病的全面深入研究和临床广泛应用提供支持。Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is a common complication of diabetes mellitus(DM)and one of the main causes of end-stage renal disease.At present,the pathogenesis of DN is not yet clear,and clinical interventions in controlling blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipids and lifestyle modification are often used to intervene in the process of DN,but their effectiveness is often limited.In recent years,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has achieved good results in treating DN,which can better delay the progression of the disease.Radix Salviae is a traditional Chinese herb widely used for DN.This study reviewed the mechanism,clinical research and safety of Radix Salviae and its active components in treatment of DN,in order to provide support for comprehensive and in-depth research and extensive clinical application of Radix Salviae in treatment of DN.
