摘 要:本文探究了气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定PE材质食品包装材料中邻苯二甲酸脂类(PAEs)的迁移量。选用4%乙酸体系和4%乙醇体系对试样进行前处理,用正己烷进行液液超声萃取,采用有证标准物质完成标准曲线的绘制并进行质量控制。结果显示,各标准曲线均呈良好线性关系。方法检出限在0.002~0.012mg·dm^(-2)范围内,加标回收率为91.2%~113%,精密度(RSD%)在0.9%~4.1%之间。该方法检出限较低、精密度和准确度较高,操作简便,可应用于PE等塑料材质食品包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物迁移量的快速测定。The migration of phthalic acid esters(PAEs)in PE food packaging materials was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The samples were pre-treated with 4%acetic acid system and 4%ethanol system,and Liquid-liquid ultrasonic extraction with n-hexane.The standard curve was drawn and the quality control was carried out with standard substances.The results showed that the standard curves have a good linear relationship.The limits of detection were in the range of 0.002~0.012mg·dm^(-2).The recoveries were in the range of 91.2%~113%.The precision(RSD%)ranged of 0.9%~4.1%.The method has low detection limit,high precision and accuracy,easy opration,and can be applied to the rapid determination of phthalic acid esters in food packaging materials made of PE and other plastics.
