摘 要:本文研制一种超临界CO_(2)泡沫酸,以提高碳酸盐基质酸化的泡沫稳定性。在高压和高温(HPHT)条件下进行泡沫稳定性和虫洞生成实验。观察了5种类型的表面活性剂的泡沫衰减时间。其中(椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺二乙酸二钠和氧化胺的混合物)和椰油双(2-羟乙基)氧化胺的泡沫衰减时间很长。在HPHT条件下,根据HCl浓度、表面活性剂混合比例和HCl的注入速度,对表面活性剂混合物进行了泡沫稳定性测试。结果表明,在混合物中加入20%浓度的HCl可以提高泡沫稳定性。使用延长靖边的石灰岩进行了虫孔生成实验。由于超临界CO_(2)泡沫酸的注入,使所有的岩芯样品都形成了主导的虫孔,且扫描电子显微镜结果显示,孔径≥0.5mm的大孔数量增加,因此,CO_(2)泡沫酸与表面活性剂混合物在碳酸盐储层中表现出较高的基质酸化效率。This paper develops a supercritical CO_(2)foam acid to improve the foam stability of acidified carbonate matrices.Foam stability and wormhole generation tests were carried out under high pressure and high temperature(HPHT)conditions.Foam decay times were observed for five types of surfactants.Of these(a mixture of cocamidopropyl betaine,disodium cocamide diacetate and amine oxide)and coconut bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amine oxide had long foam decay time.The surfactant blends were tested for foam stability under HPHT conditions based on the hydrochloric acid concentration,surfactant blend ratio and the rate of hydrochloric acid injection.The results showed that adding a 20%concentration of hydrochloric acid to the mixture improved foam stability.Wormhole generation tests were carried out using limestone from the Yanchang of Jingbian.As a result of supercritical CO_(2) foam acid injection,dominant wormholes were formed in all core samples.Scanning electron microscopy results showed an increase in the number of large pores≥0.5 mm in size.Thus,the CO_(2)foam acid and surfactant mixture exhibited high matrix acidification efficiency in carbonate reservoirs.
