摘  要:目的了解重庆市城区白纹伊蚊对常见杀虫剂的抗药性水平及白纹伊蚊解毒酶活性水平,为当地蚊虫防制提供参考。方法分别在重庆市8个行政区采集白纹伊蚊,用幼虫浸渍法测定白纹伊蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、双硫磷和残杀威5种杀虫剂的抗性水平,计算抗性倍数(RR)。用酶活性检测试剂盒测定各行政区白纹伊蚊解毒酶细胞色素P450(CYP450)、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)、羧酸酯酶(CarE)活性水平。结果重庆市8个行政区白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯的RR为21.00~64.50,其中南岸区呈高抗水平,其余行政区均呈中抗水平;对高效氯氰菊酯的RR为8.00~17.25,其中沙坪坝区、北碚区、九龙坡区呈低抗水平,其余行政区均呈中抗水平;对氯菊酯的RR为7.83~30.83,其中沙坪坝区、北碚区、江北区呈低抗水平,其余行政区呈中抗水平;对双硫磷的RR为1.20~5.00,其中大渡口区呈低抗水平,其余行政区呈敏感水平;对残杀威的RR为1.58~2.26,均呈敏感水平。大部分行政区白纹伊蚊CYP450、GST、CarE活性高于敏感品系。结论重庆市城区白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和氯菊酯均产生一定程度抗性,对双硫磷和残杀威敏感。该市城区白纹伊蚊解毒酶活性普遍高于敏感品系。Objective To investigate the insecticide resistance levels of Aedes albopictus and detoxifying enzymes activity of Aedes albopictus,including cytochrome P450,glutathione S transferase(GST),carboxylesterase(CarE)in Chongqing city,and provid reference for rational use of insecticides.Methods The larvae of Aedes albopictus were collected from eight districts of Chongqing.The resistance level to deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,permethrin,temphos and propoxur were determined by larval immersion method,and the resistance ratio(RR)was calculated.The detoxifying enzymes activity of each administrative region was determined by enzyme activity detection kit.Results The RR of Aedes albopictus for deltamethrin in eight administrative regions of Chongqing is 21.00 to 64.50,with high resistance level in Nan'an district and moderate resistance level in other administrative regions;the RR for beta-cypermethrin was 8.00 to 17.25,with low resistance level in Shapingba district,Beibei district and Jiulongpo district,and moderate resistance in other administrative regions;the RR for permethrin was 7.83 to 30.83,with low resistance level in Shapingba district,Beibei district,and Jiangbei district,and moderate resistance in other administrative regions;the RR for temphos is 1.20 to 5.00,with a low resistance level in Dadukou district and sensitive level in other administrative regions;the RR for propoxur was 1.58 to 2.26,all at sensitive level.The activities of cytochrome P450,glutathione S-transferase and carboxylesterase of Aedes albopictus in most districts of Chongqing were higher than those in susceptible strains.Conclusions Aedes albopictus in Chongqing city showed resistance to deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin and permethrin,but were sensitive to temphos and propoxur.The detoxifying enzymes activity of Aedes albopictus in Chongqing was generally higher than that in sensitive population.
