摘  要:针对钢铁企业订单呈现多品种规格、小批量趋势下的生产计划组织难点问题,充分考虑订单结构、设备、原料、工艺等因素,以钢铁企业生产计划为主线构建了钢铁企业智能钢轧一体化管控平台。平台以数据中心为支撑,融合工厂模型、业务模型,并集成算法求解引擎,以支撑订单计划、批量计划、生产调度等业务需求。在管控平台基础上能够实现钢铁企业各个业务系统之间的数据共享,达到综合决策、协同优化的目标。该系统在宁波钢铁有限公司投入使用,在生产计划组织方面起到了较好的效果,为智能化转型奠定了基础。In order to solve the difficult problems of production planning organization under the trend of multi variety and small batch in iron and steel enterprises,the intelligent steel rolling integrated management and control platform for iron and steel enterprises was constructed with the production planning of iron and steel enterprises as the main line,taking order structure,equipment,raw materials,process and other factors into full consideration.Supported by data center,the platform integrates factory model and business model,and integrates algorithm engine to support order planning,batch planning,production scheduling and other business requirements.Based on the management and control platform,it can realize the data sharing among various business systems of iron and steel enterprises,and achieve the goal of comprehensive decision-making and collaborative optimization.The sys-tem has been put into use in Ningbo Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and has played a good role in the production planning organization,laying the foundation for the intelligent transformation.
