摘 要:轧机是广泛用于钢铁及有色金属轧制生产的核心关键设备,其驱动电机及电气传动系统具有装机容量大、系统可靠性高、过载能力强、动态响应快等显著特点。在回顾总结轧机电气传动系统发展历程的基础上,比较了几种用于轧机主电机控制相关的大功率电力电子器件及其系统方案,重点介绍了采用新型全控型电力电子器件的三电平脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)中压变频传动系统的结构和技术特点,同时对国内外目前大功率轧机电气传动系统的研究现状及发展趋势进行了展望。The rolling mill is the core and key equipment widely used in the production of iron and steel and non-ferrous metals.Its main drive motor and electric drive system have the characteristics of large installed capacity,high system reliability,strong overload capacity and fast dynamic response,etc.Based on reviewing and summarizing the development history of rolling mill electrical drive system,several high-power power electronic devices and system schemes used for rolling mill main motor control were compared.Especially,the structure and technical characteristics of the three-level PWM medium voltage variable frequency drive system using all-controlled power electronic devices were emphatically introduced.At the same time,the research status and development trend of the electric drive system of high-power rolling mill at home and abroad were prospected.
