摘 要:针对电动车动力电池在使用过程中,由于本身材料的不稳定性、过充、短路、高温等因素所引发的热失控现象,采用了有限体积法对动力电池进行COMSOL模型搭建以及热事件仿真。结合仿真结果安装温度传感器,并设计了一种监控动力电池极点温度的电池管理系统(Battery Management System,BMS)。通过不同温度条件下的集成测试,实现了对动力电池温度指标的实时监控和过热事件处理,系统具有成本低、可靠性高以及应用范围广的特点,具有十分重要的应用价值和现实意义。In view of the thermal runaway phenomenon caused by the instability,overcharge,short circuit,high temperature and other factors of the electric vehicle power battery in the process of use,the finite volume method is adopted to build the COMSOL model and simulate the thermal event of the power battery,and the temperature sensor is installed based on the simulation results.Moreover,a Battery Management System(BMS)was designed to monitor the pole temperature of power battery.Through the int⁃egrated test under different temperature conditions,the real⁃time monitoring of battery temperature index and over⁃heating event processing were realized.The system has the characteristics of low cost,high reliability and wide application range.It has very important application value and practical significance.
