摘  要:为了生产出符合要求的锻件,改进了6082铝合金模锻件锻造工艺,换用了粗晶环深度H≤2 mm挤压铝棒毛坯。生产的锻件晶粒度G≥10级、无过烧,粗晶环深度H≤3 mm,分型面处粗晶环深度H≤7 mm,无成层、折叠、裂纹等缺陷,金属流线按照产品外形及受力方向均匀分布(无穿流、无涡流、无对冲)。锻件及其装配件的整体机械性能均满足相关标准规定的技术要求。In order to obtain forgings that meet the requirements,the forging process of 6082 aluminum alloy die forgings was improved and extruded aluminum rod blanks with coarse grain ring depth H≤2 mm were used.The produced forgings have a grain size of G≥10,no overburning,a coarse grain ring thickness H≤3 mm,and a depth of coarse grain ring H≤7 mm at the joint face,no layering,folding,or cracks.The metal flow line is evenly distributed according to the product shape and force direction,without flow,eddy current,or offset.The overall mechanical properties of forgings and their assemblies meet the technical requirements specified in relevant standards.
